Technology
The ocean is one domain. We treat it that way.
Most maritime technology sees a slice - one sensor, one vehicle, one layer. Avery integrates the seabed, the water column, and the surface into a single operating picture, and builds the autonomy and platforms to act on it.
Layer 01
Available now - Pilot deploymentIntelligence
The decision layer for the ocean.
Avery's intelligence platform fuses everything an operator can see - satellite, AIS, RF, acoustic and sonar data, bathymetry, environmental sensors, vehicle telemetry, and years of inspection archives - into one live, queryable picture.
Capabilities
- Multi-source fusion across surface, subsurface, and seabed data
- Automated detection and classification - defects, anomalies, vessels, threats
- Prediction - degradation, remaining life, and risk before failure
- Decision support - prioritized actions, alerting, reporting, and a full API
Software-first and hardware-agnostic. It deploys on the data you already have - no new vehicles, no new sensors required on day one.
Layer 02
In active developmentAutonomy
Machines that operate where humans can't and GPS doesn't.
Underwater is the hardest autonomy problem there is: no satellite navigation, near-zero communications bandwidth, crushing pressure, total darkness. Avery's autonomy stack is engineered for exactly that - perception, navigation, and mission execution in denied environments, and coordination across fleets of heterogeneous vehicles.
Designed to run on Avery platforms and to retrofit onto existing vehicles - the same brain, any body.
Layer 03
In active developmentPlatforms
Persistent presence, seabed to surface.
A family of uncrewed systems built for endurance in the ocean environment: surface vessels, underwater vehicles, and seabed sensor nodes - modular, mission-configurable, and designed to stay out longer than anything crewed. Missions span survey, inspection, monitoring, protection, and response.
The Flywheel
Every mission makes the system smarter.
Data from every deployment feeds the models that guide the next one. The picture sharpens, the autonomy improves, the platforms get more capable - one compounding loop across the whole stack.
Engineering Principles
Software leads.
Intelligence ships first and improves continuously.
Sensor-agnostic.
We fuse what exists; we're not loyal to any one feed.
Open integration.
Full APIs. Avery works with your systems, not instead of them.
Built for physics.
Pressure, corrosion, bandwidth, power - designed-in from the first line and the first weld.
Security at the core.
Engineered from day one for operators who cannot afford to be compromised.
